The STAR class takes place in Ayr Ice Rink on a Saturday from 1pm until 1:30pm. This class is for skaters who have completed the ten grades laid down in the SKATE UK programme and who wish to further their skills in ice figure skating. This class is again taught by fully qualified coaches. During the skaters time in this class they will take part in the SKATE UK Passport programme and will work towards achieving their Bronze, Silver and Gold badges. These skaters will have the opportunity to take part in our annual Spiral, Spin and Jump fun day which normally takes place in late November/early December, and it should be emphasised that it is essentially a fun day for the skaters!

Ice skates are available for all skaters at no extra cost. GLOVES AND WARM CLOTHING ARE RECOMMENDED
